About The Project

Topping out at 45 stories, our 140 West 24th Street Hyatt Place project will boast 520 hotel rooms that will certainly provide unmatched views of midtown Manhattan. Construction broke ground in early February, 2018 with completion expected in late 2020. Its sister building, located just four blocks north, will compete for bragging rights of the tallest building in the neighborhood.
